• Go to File, then select Add Account
  • Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types and select Next
  • Next, you will see a new window asking you to select the mail server type, select Internet E-Mail, which by default should already be selected. Click Next
  • Next, you will see the window asking for all the account details. Below are the details you need to enter on this page.  
    • Enter your name
    • Enter your email address
    • Account Type: Select IMAP
    • Outgoing mail server: securemail.mylucidtech.com
    • Incoming mail server: securemail.mylucidtech.com
    • User Name: Enter your email address
    • Password: Enter your password
  • This step is for older versions on Outlook: Before selecting next, click on the More Settings … button, choose the Outgoing Server tab and add a check mark in the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
  • Choose the Advanced tab and enter the below settings.  
    • Incoming server (IMAP): 993
    • Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
    • Outgoing server (SMTP): 465
    • Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL  
  • Click OK, this will close the Advanced Settings window. Click Next and you are done!
