With the rise of spam and cybersecurity threats, we use a separate filtering service, so spam, malware, viruses and other risks never reach to our email servers. This creates another layer of protection to protect our infrastructure and our customers! Quarantine emails are scheduled to send every hour between 8am and 5pm EST, if there is any email in quarantine. If this is inconvenient for you, please contact support to make adjustments.

To access the Spam Protection Portal, please go to https://spp.spamflare.com and login. If you haven't logged in before, click on "No account? Register now" abd complete the form. This will allow you to set a password.
Once logged in, you can view your quarantine, confirm your Contact Concierge list and add people to your allowlist.

Quarantine Email: The quarantine email will look like the below image. The subject will be Quarantine report for 'your email address' and it will come from DoNotReply@spamflare.com. These quarantine emails will list all emails that have been quarantined since your last quarantine email. It provides an overview showing the sender's email address, as well as the subject. By clicking on the senders email address, it will open a web browser window and provide you options for that specific email. Please continue to the next section below to see how to release quarantined emails.

Releasing Quarantined Emails: When you click on the senders email address in the quarantine email, it will open a web browser window, providing you options for that specific email. These options are shown in the image below. If the email is from someone you trust, select the option that says, "Deliver message and add sender to allowlist". This will allow that senders emails to freely pass through the system, so make sure you trust the sender when selecting this option. The "Deliver message" option will deliver the email to your inbox, but will not mark the sender as trusted. It will most likely get caught in the spam filter again. The "Confirm message as spam" option just confirms the filtering choice and will keep the email sender as spam. Please continue to the next section to learn how the Contact Concierge will help to keep your trusted senders from ending up in the quarantine.

Contact Concierge
:
At the bottom of the quarantine email, you will sometimes see a link that may say "Contact Concierge (?+)" (shown in first image above). The contact concierge will show you a list of contacts that have emailed you multiple times and made it through the spam filtering without issues. If you click the link in the quarantine email, it will open a web browser window, like shown in the image below. Select some or all of the contacts, by checking the box to the left and click Confirm Contacts. This will place the contacts on your allowlist. If a contact is listed that you do not want to place on your allowlist, you can select the checkbox and select Delete Contacts.
